With over a decade behind the chair, Britt is a graduate of the Aveda Institute and Vidal Sassoon–trained. For eight years, she built a loyal Calgary clientele at DIVA Salon and Spa, refining her skills in precision cutting, blonding, and creative colour before opening her chair at Ritual Hair Studio.

How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through the booking widget on our homepage, which shows real-time availability for all services. For color corrections or first-time consultations, we recommend reaching out by phone at 587-839-5752 or email so we can match you with the right service length.
Do you offer color corrections?
Yes. Britt is Sassoon-trained and Aveda-certified with over a decade of experience in complex color work, including correcting box dye, brassy tones, banded color, and grown-out previous services. Color corrections require a consultation first so we can quote time and pricing accurately.
How long does a balayage appointment take?
A full balayage typically takes 3 to 4 hours depending on hair length, density, and the level of lift required. Touch-ups and partial balayages are shorter. Britt will give you a precise time estimate during your consultation or when you book.
Do you take walk-ins?
Ritual Hair Studio is appointment-only to ensure every client gets focused, unhurried time in the chair. You can usually find same-week availability through the online booking system.
Is there parking at Citizen Salon Studios?
Yes — there's free underground or outdoor parking up to 3 hours available on-site at 8855 Macleod Trail SW. If your appointment is scheduled for more than 3 hours, please use the underground parking and scan the QR code to register your plate number so that you don't receive a ticket.
